American Shower Company replaces showers for homeowners in Green Bay, Milwaukee, Madison and across Wisconsin with Premium Samuel Mueller Systems and Signature BathWraps® Systems, professionally installed by our own employees, many in as little as one day, with over 350 installs completed so far in 2026. Every shower is backed by our Lifetime Warranty and Workmanship Guarantee, and your free in home consultation ends with an exact price, accurate to the penny.
Your price comes from the choices you make, not a price list. The biggest one is the system: Premium Samuel Mueller Systems use dense solid surface with a stone like feel, and Signature BathWraps® Systems use nonporous acrylic in a wide range of looks at a more economical price. After that come the footprint, the base profile, the wall pattern, the door, the valve and fixtures, and anything found behind the old walls. Our Wisconsin shower replacement cost guide explains how each of those moves a project.
Your free in home consultation gives you an exact, personal price, accurate to the penny, and the price American Shower Company writes down is the price you pay.

Over 350 installs so far in 2026, from the Fox Valley to Milwaukee and Madison. Here are some of the bathrooms our crew photographed along the way. The map shows towns, not addresses.

American Shower Company measures your project and gives you a clear written estimate at no cost.
We are a local shower and bath replacement company and we stand behind every job. You are not handed off to a subcontractor. Every job follows the same disciplined process:
Grout is the weak point in most old showers. It soaks up water, darkens, cracks and lets moisture reach the wall cavity. Both of our systems replace it with large wall panels and a one piece base. A Premium Samuel Mueller System is solid surface: the base is compression molded under 5,000 psi into a dense, nonporous piece, the surface resists mold, mildew, stains and scratches, and Samuel Mueller describes its flooring as the most slip resistant on the market. A Signature BathWraps® System is nonporous virgin acrylic infused with Silver Ion antimicrobial protection for the life of the system, joined with color matched SeamLock, and it is lighter and more economical. Which is right depends on your preferences and budget. American Shower Company installs either one with its own employees, often in one day, under our Lifetime Warranty and Workmanship Guarantee.
Recent installs our own employed installers completed across Wisconsin, most recent first. The towns and months come from the crew's own job photos. Each of these was a shower replacement project.
It depends on the system and the choices you make, so American Shower Company gives an exact price after a free in home consultation rather than a guess. Premium Samuel Mueller Systems and Signature BathWraps® Systems sit at different points for different budgets, and the footprint, the base profile, the door, the valve and any repairs behind the wall set the rest. Our Wisconsin shower replacement cost guide explains each factor, and the price you receive is accurate to the penny.
Many can. When the new shower uses the same footprint, our installers remove the old unit, set the new base and walls, connect the valve and clean up in a single visit. One customer, Jean S., wrote that it was "a great experience getting a brand new shower in just one day." Larger layouts or repairs behind the wall can add time, and we tell you that before work starts.
Both are quality choices, and the right one depends on your preferences and budget. Premium Samuel Mueller Systems are solid surface: Samuel Mueller compression molds its bases under 5,000 psi into a dense, nonporous piece with a heavier, stone like feel. Signature BathWraps® Systems are nonporous virgin acrylic infused with Silver Ion antimicrobial protection for the life of the system, lighter, offered in a wide range of looks and more economical. Compared with tile, neither has real grout to scrub or seal, and installation is far shorter.
It is the Samuel Mueller shower valve. According to the manufacturer it delivers twice the flow rate of standard valves, resists calcium buildup, and sits inside a leak proof sealed work box that protects the wall behind it. The valve sits behind the wall, so the sealed box is what keeps a small drip from becoming a stained ceiling below.
Two things. The lifetime product warranty comes from the manufacturer of the system you choose, Samuel Mueller or BathWraps®, and American Shower Company backs its own installation with its workmanship guarantee. We can stand behind the installation because our installers are our own employees, trained on the systems we install, rather than subcontractors.
Samuel Mueller offers two wall collections. Pioneer includes Gloss White Hexagon, Pure White 8x16 Tile, Gloss White 3x8 Subway and textured white or dark grey in vertical and herringbone patterns, and Monterey includes Classic Tile, Classic Velvet, Marble Velvet, Deco and Marble Tile looks such as Moonstone, Butterscotch and Carrera Subway. BathWraps® adds its Signature collection, with marble, simulated tile and textured grout walls, and its Lifestyle collection of textured walls, joined with color matched SeamLock.
We fix it so the new shower sits on sound framing and a working drain. James Z. described his job this way: "A stud was replaced and the plumber found a faulty drain pipe and replaced it." Anything found at tear out is explained before it is repaired, and nothing is added to your price without your approval.
Yes. Grab bars can be placed where you naturally reach, a fold down seat can be added, and an ultra low threshold Samuel Mueller base or a barrier free or Easy Step BathWraps® base cuts the step in. Samuel Mueller floors are textured for grip. Juli H. wrote that her new shower "will be great for my Mom and for us," which is a common reason people replace a shower.
You can pay outright or finance it. Financing is available, including interest free plans for those who qualify, and your designer can check eligibility during the consultation.
Repair works when the damage is a few loose tiles or surface mildew; replace the shower when grout keeps crumbling, the room smells musty or tiles sound hollow, because water is likely reaching the wall behind. The EPA says water damaged areas should dry within 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold, and a moldy patch larger than about 10 square feet is beyond a simple cleanup. A shower that stays wet behind the tile never dries on that schedule. Replacing it with a nonporous base and walls, Samuel Mueller solid surface or BathWraps® acrylic, removes the real grout entirely. Rotted studs or a failing drain found at tear out are fixed only after you approve them, and the free in home consultation gives you an exact price, accurate to the penny.
Ask five things: is the price written and final, who installs it, what the warranty covers, how long the install takes, and what happens if damage turns up behind the walls. A written price should list every line and come from someone who measured your bathroom, and our Wisconsin shower replacement cost guide explains the factors behind it. Ask whether the installers are employees or subcontractors, since that affects who stands behind the installation. Ask for the warranty in writing, with the manufacturer's product warranty and the installer's workmanship guarantee spelled out separately. Check the Better Business Bureau rating. American Shower Company is BBB A+ accredited since 5/1/2025, offers a Lifetime Warranty and Workmanship Guarantee, and gives an exact price, accurate to the penny.
